What is a virtual assistant?

A virtual assistant, or virtual employee, preforms many of the tasks and responsibilities of a traditional office assistant, or employee. The main difference being that a virtual assistant works from a remote location, and is not added to payroll.

Our office is located on the third floor of the Historic Hovey House in downtown Muskegon, Michigan. Our virtual assistants work together as a group so that we can fully leverage each others thoughts and ideas to create the best possible work for our clients.

We have created our service from the ground up to be as user-friendly as possible. We’ve looked at other virtual assistant companies as well as the virtual assistant industry as a whole and tried to design a service that is as easy to use as possible and delivers the most possible value to clients.

Our focus is to become an extremely capable member of your business. We want you to think of us as virtual employees. A group of people that you can delegate responsibilities to so you are free to … do whatever you want.
