Foreign outsourcing is a bit cheaper, it’s true (though our rates are extremely competitive when compared to other U.S. based virtual assistants). As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Our goal isn’t to be the cheapest, our goal is to be the best. We need to be able to pay fair wages that attract smart, capable employees so that you can get as much value as possible out of using our service. We can’t do that if our only concern is keeping costs down. If you are concerned about cost over quality, we recommend that you work with another company.

We work as a team.

By working together as a team in an office (as opposed to having a network of virtual assistants working by themselves, from home) we can share our knowledge, ideas, and feedback quickly. This means that we can get your tasks, projects, and assignments done faster, with higher quality results. When you work with us, you aren’t getting the skills and experiences of a single person, you are getting access to everyone on our diverse team.

We work together in a traditional office.

Most virtual assistants work alone at home. By working at an office we provide you with a number of advantages over other virtual assistants. The biggest advantage to you is increased security. With a work-from-home virtual assistant, you never know who has access to your documents, files, and information. We aren’t middlemen who farm your work out to freelancers.

Some companies will take on your project but then send the actual work to someone else – normally in another country – and make money skimming the difference. We don’t outsource anything.

We work the way you work.

We can work on large projects, small projects, recurring tasks, small one-time tasks… you name it. Other companies limit the size of the project they will work on. We will take on any project – whether it takes one minute or one year. Are you a phone person? An iPhone addict? You can assign tasks however you prefer. We try to fit into your existing or preferred workflow.
