Client area access: This is a web panel where you can check on what tasks are being worked on, amount of time left on your plan, get file backups, etc.
Rollover: Unused minutes, up to 15% of your total plan, are applied to the next month.
Precision billing: Work is billed precisely – to the minute. Other virtual assistants round up and bill their clients in increments of 5, 10, or even 15 minutes even if the task only took 2.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service you receive, please contact our management staff.
Free Trial: The free trial includes 2.5 hours for the 10 hour plan, and 5 hours for 20 hour plan and up. Free trial hours expire after eight days.
