Who will you work with?

You will work closely with a Team Lead here. They will be your point of contact and, through them, you get access to our entire company. You'll have their phone number, email, instant messenger, etc. so you can get in touch with them when you need to (during business hours). They handle everything behind the scenes - making sure that your projects get to the appropriate person, making sure that they get done on time, and continuing to support you as things come up. Your Team Lead will be matched to you based on the skills you need access to, your goals, etc.

How will we collaborate and manage your work?

We use a web-based project management platform to manage your projects. You are able to log in and see what we are working on at any time.

How does billing work?

You've got more than enough to worry about so we made billing as simple as we could. By purchasing a time retainer each month, you know exactly how much our service is going to cost you. All of our services — from graphic design to marketing advice — are billed at the same, affordable rate.

As we work on your projects, the exact amount of time that we spend is deducted from this time retainer. So, if we spend six minutes on the phone, we'll subtract six minutes from your monthly retainer. This means you are only paying for time spent working creating an excellent value.

How does getting started work?

You won't have to give us money until you know exactly how we can help you and your business. The whole process of working with us begins with a week long, free, Getting Started Process that you can begin right now (there is no commitment to continue).

After you submit each questionnaire, our small business team reviews your responses — behind the scenes we discuss how we can best help you, we brainstorm, we do research.
