    Training:

      Any time spent training us on how to perform a task is not billed. You should not be hesitant to continue training until you are absolutely comfortable we are ready to take over the task.

    Documentation:

      Every process you outsource will be given its own "Page" in your Client Area. We will post a detailed outline of the process for you to review. You can edit and change it as needed. Once approved, we work from these instructions every time we perform the task.
