Monthly plans:

Our monthly plans are essentially time retainers. As we work, we keep track of the exact amount of time spent on your projects and deduct that amount from your monthly plan. For instance, if we spent seven minutes on a phone call, that is all that we be subtracted from your monthly plan. This means your monthly retainer is spent only on work creating an excellent value. For instance, downtime such as training, rest breaks, and switching between tasks are not billed.

No matter which monthly plan you decide on, you'll have access to all the services we provide and everyone on staff. The most important difference between the monthly plans is how much work we are able to get done for you and how quickly. The larger the plan, the more of our time we set aside for your projects, the faster we can work, the more results you will get from working with us.

You don't actually need to decide on a monthly plan until you have completed our Getting Started Process. The reason for this is that it would be difficult for you to know, and especially difficult for us to know, which plan would be appropriate for you until we know the scope of how we can help you.

While a "pay-as-you-go" model may seem more appealing, the monthly plans are what make this service possible. Without them, we would not be able to create a full-time workload for our staff or be able to predict how much work we could expect at any given moment!

The ability to purchase small quantities of our time makes our service affordable and within reach of anyone.
