Research:

Time-consuming, but necessary, performing research is one of the more popular tasks we perform... so we've gotten really, really good at it.

We've found that there are three components to great research:

  1. Understanding the intent:
  2. Whether we are finding potential partners for your business or just finding a part for your printer, we believe understanding the ultimate purpose of the research is critical. Only with that understanding are we able to put thought into a research assignment and produce the best possible results.
  3. Accessing the right resources:
  4. Google is great, but it is not the "end all, be all." There are other great resources for finding information and knowing what those resources are, and when to use them, are essential to our research process.
  5. Properly organizing the information:
  6. Research is outsourced with the understanding that the results will be, not only relevant, but properly synthesized into a document that is organized and easily digestible. A sprawling, messy Word file does little to aide understanding so we put thought and effort into making our deliverables clear and concise.
