A team lead is your partner here. They are your point of contact and the primary person you will communicate with.

They were promoted to the Team Lead position after proving themselves capable as team members. They are seasoned staff with a sincere desire to help move you forward.

They work with the rest of the staff here to make sure that your needs are met. They delegate assignments to other staff members with specialized skills. They may also call on our Small Business Team as needed to get access to those higher-level skills or simply to collaborate.
