Value leverage points:

Every client is unique - different situation, different needs, different ways we can help.

Someone who is just getting their business off the ground may value money more than they value their time. For them, we would focus on helping them build a profitable business. Someone who already has a profitable business may value their time more than making more money. For them, we may focus on taking over time-consuming tasks so that they can step away from the day-to-day needs of their business.

One of the most important goals of the Getting Started Process is to identify what your value leverage points are. These serve as a starting point for creating a plan on how to use us.

There are five major value leverage points:

  1. More time
  2. More money
  3. Access to needed knowledge, resources, and guidance
  4. Less stress
  5. Execution, progress, and productivity

These values are important to everyone to some degree but they rank along a continuum and their importance changes with time. To further complicate things, it is difficult for someone to accurately perceive how important these values are to them. For instance, someone may complain of being very stressed but the real issue may be that they don't have access to adequate guidance and don't have a strategic plan so they feel out of control leading to stress.

An important part of our Getting Started Process is identifying where you are on the continuum of these value leverage points and then prioritize them. With that assessment in hand, we flesh out a list of projects and tasks that align with your unique needs and priorities ensuring that, as we work with you, we help accomplish the specific results that produce the most value for you.
